Known Limitations

• Third-party scheduling embed (Pipedrive): The "Talk to a Payments Specialist" button links to an external scheduling tool. While the link itself is accessible, the third-party page may have accessibility gaps outside our control.
• File upload widget: The statement upload form uses a custom file input. While it is keyboard-accessible and labeled, the drag-and-drop interaction is not available to keyboard-only users. The click-to-upload alternative is fully accessible.
• PDF documents: Some downloadable documents may not be fully tagged for screen readers. Contact us for an alternative format.
