    Square Equipment Promotional Offer Terms & Eligibility

    These terms describe the material conditions of the JustPayments LLC Square equipment promotion for businesses that are new to Square. The promotion is a hardware offer made by JustPayments LLC, not by Square, Inc. Merchant accounts, pricing, and hardware availability are subject to third-party underwriting and approval.

    Your equipment package is set in writing

    The equipment you receive, any remaining costs and the return policy are confirmed in a written addendum after your consultation and before you sign up. Equipment is provided at no charge from JustPayments only as stated in that addendum; other fees still apply. Contact Sales@JustPayments.io or (619) 257-3096 with questions.

    Material conditions

    • Eligible merchant types

      Businesses of any type that are not currently using Square, subject to provider approval. Equipment is reserved for businesses opening or switching to Square through JustPayments.

    • New-customer requirement

      Net-new Square merchants only. Businesses that already use Square are not eligible.

    • Geographic limitation

      United States merchants only. The promotion is focused on the San Diego area; availability outside it is confirmed during your consultation.

    • Required processing or service relationship

      The merchant opens a Square account through JustPayments and completes a consultation. Equipment or financing options are offered as part of that relationship.

    • Contract duration

      No fixed contract length is set by this promotion. Any time commitment for your business is stated in writing in your addendum before you sign up.

    • Equipment ownership or return obligation

      If a merchant cancels, JustPayments asks for the equipment back. A good-faith return policy is provided in a written addendum when you work with JustPayments.

    • Minimum processing volume

      There is no single published minimum. Higher monthly processing volume qualifies for more equipment. Your package is based on your consultation.

    • Shipping, tax, installation, software, or monthly costs

      Card processing fees, Square software subscriptions, shipping, sales tax, accessories and any other costs are not waived unless stated in your written addendum. Ask us for a full cost list before signing up.

    • Quantity limitations

      Equipment may include Square Reader, Square Stand, Square Terminal, Square Handheld or Square Register. The type and number of devices depend on your processing volume and the setup that fits your business.

    • Promotion expiration

      The promotion ends December 31, 2026.

    • Approval and underwriting conditions

      Square account approval, any financing and equipment availability are decided by Square and other third-party providers. JustPayments is not a lender, and approval is not guaranteed.

    • What happens after cancellation

      JustPayments requests return of the equipment under the good-faith return policy in your addendum. Square's own account terms apply separately.

    General conditions

    JustPayments LLC is an independent, processor-agnostic payment consultant and referral source. It is not a bank, lender, card network, acquirer, or payment processor. Merchant account approval, pricing, funding timelines, and hardware fulfillment are controlled by the applicable third-party providers under their own agreements.

    Nothing on this page is a quote, guarantee, or offer of credit. Approval is not guaranteed. Processing rates and program availability vary by business type, card mix, ticket size, volume, and provider underwriting. Cost-offset programs (cash discounting, dual pricing, surcharging) are subject to state law and card-brand rules.
