    Terms of Service

    Last updated: August 31, 2026

    1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service are entered into with JustPayments LLC, a California limited liability company doing business as JustPayments. These Terms govern your use of the JustPayments website and the advisory, consultation, statement-analysis, referral, and coordination services offered by JustPayments LLC. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

    2. Description of Services

JustPayments LLC provides independent payment-services consultation, statement analysis, sales support, referral, implementation coordination, and access to products and services offered by independent third-party providers. Payment processing, merchant accounts, funding, banking, hardware, software, and related services may be provided under separate agreements between the merchant and the applicable processor, acquiring bank, financial institution, software provider, equipment provider, or other third party.

JustPayments LLC is an independent, processor-agnostic consultant, sales organization, and referral source. We are not a bank, lender, card network, acquiring bank, or direct payment processor, and we do not make lending or underwriting decisions. References on this website to third-party products or services describe offerings provided by those third parties, not services performed by JustPayments LLC itself.

    3. No Guarantees; Third-Party Terms Control

JustPayments LLC does not guarantee account approval, funding approval, savings, pricing, equipment availability, implementation timing, or uninterrupted third-party service. Processor, bank, card-network, underwriting, and third-party terms and conditions control their respective products and services.

These website Terms do not replace or modify an executed merchant-processing agreement, equipment agreement, funding agreement, software agreement, or other third-party contract. If a conflict exists between these Terms and a separately executed agreement, the separately executed agreement controls with respect to that third-party product or service.

    4. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. Businesses must be legally registered and in good standing to apply for third-party merchant services.

    5. Account Registration

To access certain features of our website, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

    6. Merchant Statements and User Submissions

You may submit merchant statements or other business documents through our website to request an analysis or consultation. By submitting materials, you represent and warrant that you own the materials or have the authority and permission necessary to submit them, and that your submission does not violate any law or the rights of any third party.

Before uploading, please remove any unnecessary cardholder, employee, customer, Social Security, or other sensitive personal information. Submitted materials are handled as described in our Privacy Policy, including our limited-retention and deletion practices. You may request earlier deletion of submitted statements, subject to applicable legal and operational exceptions.

    7. Third-Party Services

Products and services offered through our referrals or coordination are provided by independent third parties under their own terms, conditions, underwriting criteria, and privacy practices. JustPayments LLC is not responsible for the acts, omissions, products, services, or policies of third-party providers. You should review the applicable third-party terms and privacy policies before entering into any agreement with a third-party provider.

    8. Fees

JustPayments LLC's consultation, statement-analysis, and referral services are generally provided at no direct charge to the merchant; we may be compensated by third-party providers. Any fee charged directly by JustPayments LLC will be disclosed to you in writing before it is incurred, and any refund terms applicable to such a fee will be stated in that disclosure. Fees charged by third-party providers are governed by the applicable third-party agreement, not by these Terms.

    9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities in connection with our website or services:

    • Violating any applicable law or regulation
    • Infringing intellectual property rights of JustPayments LLC or any third party
    • Transmitting malware, malicious code, or unsolicited bulk messages
    • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or data
    • Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information or documents
    • Submitting materials you are not authorized to share
    • Using the website or services for money laundering or any other illegal purpose

    10. Intellectual Property and Trademarks

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property created by JustPayments LLC and displayed on our website are the property of JustPayments LLC or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without our prior written consent.

Third-party names, trademarks, logos, and brands referenced on this website are the property of their respective owners. A reference to a third-party brand is for identification purposes only and does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, or affiliation between JustPayments LLC and that brand.

    11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and consultation services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JustPayments LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any analysis, estimate, or recommendation will produce a particular outcome. Nothing in this section limits any warranty or right that cannot be disclaimed under applicable law.

    12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JustPayments LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of our website or services, or the acts or omissions of third-party providers. JustPayments LLC is not responsible for decisions made by processors, acquiring banks, underwriters, lenders, or other third parties. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or statutory consumer rights.

    13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JustPayments LLC, its officers, members, managers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your misuse of our website or services, your violation of these Terms, your submission of materials you were not authorized to share, or your violation of any rights of another.

    14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our website at any time, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or use the website unlawfully. Termination of website access does not affect any separately executed agreement between you and a third-party provider. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

    15. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the website shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in these Terms waives any right or protection that cannot be waived under applicable law.

    16. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Changes do not apply retroactively. If a change materially affects your rights, we will make reasonable efforts to provide additional notice. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

    17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
